Glow Guide

New year, new me. GAG. New year, new face? IYA! I don't know about you, but I I haven't done much else over the past two weeks other than eat tonnes of festive food and drink a skinful of prosecco and G&T's. Combine that with frosty days outside and the central heating bringing back memories of the Maldives.. I'm ready to get the glow back using some old faithfuls.
CLEANSE IT - Superfacialist by Una Brennan Rose Hydrate Cleanser

My skin loves and appreciates this stuff. As an avid member of the Skincare Squad, it's the cleanser I use everyday (morning and night) and it's the perfect start to giving your skin some love. It's removes make-up, debris and oils without drying the skin.

How to use: Apply generously to fingertips and using circular movements softly massage into your skin for a few minutes and then wipe it off with a warm flannel.
SCRUB IT - Superfacialist by Una Brennant Rose Brighten & Refine Facial Scrub

Exfoliating your skin has an instant and long term impact on your skin tone, and sometimes you’ve just got to go back to basics. This one is gives a gentle, non-scratchy sandblast of the skin leaving it looking freshly polished.

How to use: Apply a small amount to fingertips and using circular movements gently massage into your skin and then wipe it off with a warm flannel.
MASK IT - Superfacialist by Una Brennan Rose Intense Moisture Mask

Way back when I first picked this up I found it a bit weird. All I had ever known from masks was it'll crack when its ready. Not this one. Think of this as giving your thirst-quenching skin a tall glass of water. I love a good clay mask, they feel like they’re really getting down and dirty, but sometimes you need need a little hydration and that’s where this comes in.

How to use: Apply a generous (by generous I mean slap it on) and even layer, leave for 5-10 minutes and then wipe it off with a warm flannel.
OIL IT - The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-In-Oil

This is one of those 'does what it say's on the tin' jobbies. It's really light and easily absorbed - it's designed to be used in the evening (obvs) to 'replenish and recharge, and that it does!

How to use: Apply a small amount into palms and smooth over face and neck.
