The prettiest chocolate bark

After literally dribbling when I saw The Rich Gypsy had made these Quick & delicious chocolate slabs I couldn’t wait to try it for myself! After a few too many hours scrolling Pinterest for topping inspiration I came across this concoction on Now-Forgager’s blog (which I absolutely love), so I thought would give them a go.

This bark is great if you fancy making something seriously quick, without skimping on total yumminess!

    You will need:
    • 200g of chocolate
    • A handful of dried rose petals
    • A handful of freeze dried raspberries
    • A handful of chopped pistachios
    • 1 tsp pink sea salt
    • A large tray with baking paper covering it
    • A saucepan and heat standing bowl
    Let's get making:

Step one: Take your chocolate bar and chop it into tiny pieces and put aside.

Step two: Boil your kettle, pour into a saucepan and put a glass/metal bowl on top if. Put the heat on, and start slowly mixing the chocolate, watching it melt away.

Step three: Once the chocolate is melted, grab your tray and pour your chocolate slowly – remember this is how thick your bark will be, so you can go chunky or thin, it’s up to you!

Step four: Quickly take your chosen mix and sprinkle a little (or a lot) on top of the mix. I sprinkled it all over and lots of it!

Step five: Carefully take your tray, pop it in the fridge and leave for around an hour, if not longer.

Step six: Take the chocolate and start snapping, making the pieces as little or large as you fancy! Enjoy!

Let me know what you think…I’m in love!
